Where’s Your Website Traffic Light? Red, Amber or Green?

I’m often asked why I spend so much time writing copy for websites when ‘it doesn’t work for health-related businesses’.

It’s a common complaint I hear from the counsellors and therapists that I work with.

Along with murmurings of “I got a new website last year but I haven’t had much contact from it”

Or

“other websites always seem to be at the top of Google but mine never is, why should I bother?”.

Outsourcing to a freelancer – how to get it right first time!

There’s nothing worse than outsourcing your writing to a freelancer, or agency, and the finished piece being nothing like you had imagined.

There are several reasons why this might turn out to be the case – poor communication, poor understanding, or even just a poor writer to begin with!

There, I said it. There are poor writers out there.

Although this blog is primarily about outsourcing to a writer (because that’s what I am after all), the advice an be applied to any outsourcing scenario.
