Hi, I’m Zoe Hughes, director of Words by Zoe.
I’m passionate about helping business owners like you get noticed online for the right reasons – being authoritative, credible, informative and a leader in your field.
I’m not just a freelance content writer though.
I take a holistic approach to understand your business and how the different forms of marketing come together to get you the leads and clients you’re looking for. This is why I offer so much more than just content writing and web copy. Words alone aren’t enough to sell what you do, they need to be found and interacted with. That’s why I also offer Pinterest management services and search engine optimisation.
I also work with several award winning associates who provide business development, marketing strategy and virtual assistant services.
So you can be sure that if I can’t help you, I know someone who will.
I also happen to be an “autpreneur” and a “spoonie”.
That means I am autistic and I have several chronic illnesses that led to my decision to go freelance as a content writer back in 2013.
You might think that these are a barrier to running a successful business, and while they certainly don’t make life easy I feel they’ve helped me more than hindered me (check out why I think that in my blog “5 Reasons Why I’m Proud To Be An Autistic Business Owner”).
In my spare time I’m studying a part-time psychology degree with the University of Derby (my third University experience and one that I’m loving so far!).
I enjoy spending time with friends and family, my dog and reading as much as I can – if you haven’t guessed already, I love learning!
I’m looking forward to meeting you and finding out more about you and your business, let’s make that happen soon.
